Kul worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years before changing his career to practise at the Bar. He attended Bar School in Nottingham and having successfully completed his pupillage, joined Derwent Chambers in 2009.
Kul undertakes General Common Law work with an emphasis on all aspects of Family and Civil work.
He has acted for local authorities, parents, grandparents and children, appearing in Magistrates’ Courts and County Courts in the Midlands and further afield.
His Family work includes Public and Private Law Children Act cases and Injunctions, and his Civil Work includes Small Claims and Fast Track, plus Bankruptcy and Possession cases.
Kul also has extensive experience of Asylum and Immigration Law and has appeared at Asylum and Immigration Tribunals both in the Midlands and further afield.
