Rajen read Law at the University of Manchester between 1987 and 1990. He attended the Inns of Court School of Law. Having completed his pupillage in 1993, he has practised on the Northern Circuit since that time.
He has a General Common Law experience, but with a particular emphasis on Family and Employment work.
His Family work includes: Ancillary Relief; Public and Private Law Children Act cases; Adoption; and Injunctions.
He also undertakes Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act cases.
Rajen deals with all aspects of Employment work, representing both Employers and Employees.
Rajen is happy to accept instructions for work in Courts in Derby and Derbyshire.
